Description of service

MyCashRunway provides a cash runway calculator and planning tools that help you estimate when your money may run out based on starting balance, income, and expenses you enter. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings. On termination (by you or us), we will delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and systems.

We own the Service, its design, and our branding. You retain ownership of the data you input. By using the Service, you grant us the rights we need to operate it (e.g. storing and processing your data to provide the calculator and forecasts).

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYCASHRUNWAY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MyCashRunway operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that state. If you are in the European Union, you may also have rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.

Changes

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
